Do you have a scorpion problem?
Check out Big Al the Bug Man's tips for scorpion control
Scorpions are one of the toughest problems to control. The biggest thing to do is get rid of harborages in the yard and landscaping, excessive mulch, wood piles, rocks and debris that can be removed. Exclusion is very important also. Any opening into the home must be sealed with screen or caulking to help keep these guys out of your home. We normally dust our customers attics with Delta dust and then we treat accessible wall voids with a good residual such as Invader HPX or Intruder HPX. Finally we treat the perimeter and yard with Maxxthor SC at the .06 percentage (1 oz. to the Gallon of water). You can hunt these guys at night if you wish with a black light. The will glow under the blacklight so you can see them. They are predators which means the less insects are attracted to your house the less problems you will have. You can do this by switching your outdoor lights to yellow colored lights less insects will be near the house.
